Return and Refund Policy

At Floofntails, we prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. Please note, we only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

-Damaged Products: We will facilitate an exchange if the product arrives with a broken seal.
- Expired or Spoiled Products: Should the product be expired or spoiled upon delivery, we will review your claim for an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, customers must submit clear pictures of the product in question for review. Once the review is approved, we will process the exchange promptly.

Shipping Costs: We believe in shared responsibility for shipping costs. Therefore, shipping costs for exchanges will be split 50/50 between us and the customer.

Shipping Policy

All products are carefully packed and shipped within **2 to 4 business days** after an order is placed. Once the product has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email, allowing them to monitor their order's progress in real-time.
